Can you service multiple locations for one company?
Yes. We can develop a cleaning plan and schedule for each facility.
Do you offer construction or final cleaning?
Yes. Post-construction and final cleaning are services we specifically provide, backed by construction-environment experience through J&H Contracting.
Supplies, Agreements, and Pricing.
Do you provide cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. We provide the cleaning supplies and equipment needed for our services. For recurring commercial accounts, the customer typically provides facility consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
Do you require contracts?
For larger recurring accounts, we prefer a service agreement so expectations, pricing, frequency, and responsibilities are clear for both parties. One-time cleanings do not require a recurring contract.
Is there a minimum job size or frequency?
We do not advertise a set minimum. Each opportunity is evaluated individually based on location, facility size, scope of work, frequency, and scheduling requirements.
How much does commercial cleaning cost?
Pricing is based on facility size, scope of work, and frequency. Request a quote and we will provide a number specific to your space.
