Boss Lady Cleaning Services is a Native American, woman-owned commercial cleaning company based in Choctaw, serving businesses across the Oklahoma City metro. It was built on a simple frustration: businesses paying for cleaning that does not reflect pride in the work.
Why Hollie Started Boss Lady.
The idea came from something Hollie experienced firsthand. At her own workplace, she kept noticing that basic things, like thoroughly sweeping and mopping an area, were being overlooked. And when the basics are missed, you start wondering what else is.
Businesses pay for a service and deserve work that reflects real effort. That was the opportunity: not to reinvent cleaning, but to actually do it right, consistently. Boss Lady does not simply go through a checklist. We want customers to see the difference.

The name is bigger than owning a business. Boss Lady represents strong, hardworking women who are not afraid to work for what they want.
Hollie’s goal is to build a team where other women have opportunities to grow, succeed, and maybe become their own boss one day. As Boss Lady grows, she does not want growth to mean sacrificing quality. The goal is a team that understands the expectations, takes pride in the work, and represents the company the way Hollie would.
